Power of forgiveness

I stay in another town and came to Kohima for my pension work that’s when I first got to hear about sozo from a friend who is attending Faith Harvest Church. I decided to come for Sozo session for my pension money as it has already been 2 years since I got my retirement but my pension was still due. This was taking a toll in my life, my sleep and I had no peace of mind.

During the Sozo session, the sozee as led asked me to if there was any unforgiveness towards anyone. I had unforgiveness towards my daughter for the things that she had done. My heart was not willing, as it has become so hard hearted and stubborn because of the pain she has caused me that I didn’t want to forgive her. But as we went deeper into Sozo i will my heart to forgive my daughter and release forgiveness upon her. I cried tears of joy and peace upon releasing forgiveness and that night was the first night for a very long while that I slept like a baby with no burden. Within the course of 2 weeks my pension money was also released and I got my breakthrough. I was so excited I call the Sozo team to share my testimony.

It was then I realised how just by holding unto unforgiveness can block our blessings, it can affect not only our state of mind and take away our peace and even affect our finances. As I choose to forgive I’ve seen a shift in my life. I was filled with peace and joy.
